MUST READ! • if you want early appointment,late appt, or appt on my off days it is $40 extra! i will not be over working myself anymore! • when booking a fill in you must send me a picture of lashes prior to appointment! • i accept apple pay, zelle, cashapp, and cash! afterpay • when booking certain services require their own deposit ! all the deposits go towards services! and are non refundable period unless i am the one to cancel! • 5 minutes late $15 late fee! if you are more than 5 minutes late period you’re appointment is canceled, being late puts me behind so much and i will not tolerate it anymore! if you are late and i have to cancel you will be charged as a no show! • i do require a non refundable deposit if you do not send it or put your card on file i will not accept your appointment! new & regular clients! it id non redundable at any point of canceling you may reschedule with it asap but once cancled i will not send it! • you have 48 hrs to cancel or reschedule if you fail to do so i will charge your card the no show cancellation fee, you blocked a time that i could of gave to someone else then you must pay another deposit to book! • if you no show I WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD 100% for wasting my time & you will also be banned from booking if it declines! • NO EXTRA GUESTS especially without conversing with me! • please come with a clean face, no makeup, no products, no lash glue, etc! if i have to scrub your lashes its an extra $10, this puts me more behind and extensions do not stick to dirty lashes! • keep phone on silent & use to a minimum! you can not open your eyes! • try to keep movement to a minimum and use bathroom prior! • have respect , i don’t tolerate disrespect i will not service you! if you respect me i respect you this is a business and i have rules that should be followed as anywhere else thank you! • NO REFUNDS PERIOD! you have 48 hrs to let me know of any issues so i can fix it! after that i have to charge! i use a lot of products and my time is not to be wasted! so please read aftercare and purchase a lash bath kit! • dm instagram ( @beautybypayt ) for early hours or after hours ! if these are open by me on the site they are no extra cost if they are not on the site they are extra! • dm ^ for travel appointments price varies for distance! starting at $50 traveling is very HARD
